Napolitano, Sebelius Discuss WHO Declaration of H1N1 Virus a Pandemic

Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano and Health and Human Services Secretary Sebelius issued the following statements regarding the World Health Organization’s decision to raise the pandemic threat level on the novel H1N1 virus.
